The SecurView™ SV-6827 is a lip mount style camera that is designed specifically for mounted
underneath the side view mirrors of a vehicle to give the driver a full length view of the vehicle.
The camera lens can be slightly adjusted for a better viewing angle and all wiring and mounting
hardware is set behind the mounting surface so that only the camera can be seen once it is
installed on the vehicle.

• Designed for left, right or rear vehicle installation
• Can be mounted underneath side view mirror or lens can be rotated for sideways
mounting on the side of the vehicle
• Reverse image
• Constructed of high-grade plastic
• Requires a hole to be drilled for installation
• Easily connects with other SecurView™ products such as any of the LCD monitors. It can
also be integrated with your existing OEM or aftermarket LCD/TFT displays.

SV-6827 170° Embedded Lip Mount style camera INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS: The SecurView™ SV-6827 is a lip mount style camera that is designed specifically for mounted underneath the side view mirrors of a vehicle to give the driver a full length view of the vehicle. The camera lens can be slightly adjusted for a better viewing angle and all wiring and mounting hardware is set behind the mounting surface so that only the camera can be seen once it is installed on the vehicle. - Page 2 INSTALLATION MOUNTING: 1. Find a suitable location underneath the side view mirror or on the side of the vehicle or also on the rear of the vehicle under the license plate bezel to mount the camera 2. Make sure the mounting location that you choose is on a flat surface so that when the camera is installed there will be no uneven gaps around the edges.
- Page 3 WIRING: 1. Carefully choose a hidden out-of-sight location for drilling the cable hole. Some vehicles may have an existing hidden rubber grommet or plug available to avoid having to drill into the body. Be sure to double-check for any wiring or obstructions behind the surface where you are going to drill the cable hole.
