Connecting the sub-woofer to a power amplifier

The settings of the switches / adjustors 
 can be changed as required.   
The output signals from the power amplifier are
connected to the sub-woofer's terminals HI LEVEL IN
  .  
The speaker's internal crossover passes only the low-
frequency part of the signal to the sub-woofer.
The remainder of the signal is passed to the satellite
loudspeakers via the sub-woofer's speaker output
terminals (HI LEVEL OUT).
The automatic power-on circuit is triggered by the
loudspeaker signal.
Note:
If you are using banana plugs, the loudspeaker terminals
must be tightened!

The settings of the switches / adjustors 
 can be changed as required.   
The CINCH IN sockets 
connected to the output sockets of the pre-amplifier
using Cinch leads.
The speaker's internal crossover passes the low-
frequency part of the signal to the sub-woofer.
Use without control voltage:
The automatic power-on circuit is triggered by the pre-
amplifier signal.
Use with control voltage (optional):
If the pre-amplifier features a control voltage output, this
control voltage is passed to the DIN IN socket 
adaptor lead. This triggers the automatic power-on
circuit.
The  P 1220 R pre-amplifier supplies a control
voltage at the CRTL OUT socket.

