Battery should not be in or near to fire or water, keep batteries in a dark, cool and dry place. If suspect battery leakage, wipe out the leakage and then replace a new battery. Leave the area immediately if the lamp shatters while being operated and ventilate the area for at least 30 minutes in order to avoid the inhalation of mercury fumes.
