A name for your preset will be chosen automatically according
to the music selection you have made. To change the name of
your preset:
• Display the Preset Information screen using the method
described previously.
• Highlight the preset name and press
new name.
• Enter a name for the preset using the alphanumeric keys
on your VIA!dj remote control or using the grid.
For more information about entering names see the chapter
called Entering and Editing Names, p.23-24
• Press OK to confirm the name you have entered.

DIGITAL JUKEBOX FEATURE
In the tradition of the classic American jukebox, the VIA!dj's
Digital Jukebox feature allows you to create a song list from
your music collection which will play in the order you add them.
The Digital Jukebox allows you to add an unlimited number of
songs into a temporary list, which is played back in the order
you added them. Any music that resides on the dj's hard drive
can be added to the Jukebox play list - single tracks, whole
albums, all the music from a single artist, playlists, or entire
Genres.
USING THE DIGITAL JUKEBOX
• From the Library screen, use the
Jukebox, then press

This allows you to choose how you want to browse for music to
add into the Jukebox.

Albums Display a list of albums in the library
sorted alphabetically by album title.
Artists Display your music library grouped by
artist name.
Genres Display your music library grouped by
genre.

browse, then press
In the examples below, the Select Album option is used to
illustrate how to add music into the Jukebox. The same steps
would be followed when selecting music from the Artists, Genre
and Playlist categories. See PLAYING MUSIC, page 17, for
details on how to browse through each category.
To add an entire album to the Jukebox:
