It always best to format your SD cards from the actual device your using, in this case the
camera. T his w ill a llow t he c amera t o f ormat t he c ard i n t he p roper f ashion.
1. First i nsert y our S D m emory c ard i nto t he c amera.
2. Slide t he s witch t o t he C ustom s etting.
3. Press t he M enu.
4. Press t he U p A rrow o nce. T he d isplay w ill s how " Format C ard – N o"
5. Press t he E nter b utton. T he w ord " No" w ill s tart t o b link.
6. Press t he D own A rrow o nce. T he w ord " Yes" w ill s tart b linking.
7. Press the Enter button to delete and format the card. The display will read
"Format C ard -­‐ D eleting...."
8. Once t he c ard h as b een f ormatted t he s creen w ill g o b ack t o r ead " Format C ard –
No"
9. Press t he M enu k ey t o r eturn b ack t o r eady m ode.
