Using Your Snap
Auto Shut Off
Snap will automatically shut off after 6 hours of inactivity, i .e ., when no
buttons have been pressed or the rotary knob has not been turned . This
feature prevents the vehicle battery from being discharged if you forget
to turn your Snap off .
When Snap is about to shut off, the message Started Auto Shut Off is
displayed, followed by Press 1 to Remain On . If you wish to continue
listening, press the 1 button .
Demo Mode
Your Snap has a demo mode that starts playing when, for a prolonged period of time (more than 5
minutes), the Radio either detects it's not connected to the antenna, or the antenna stops receiving
a signal . It disappears when the antenna is connected properly or when the Radio starts receiving a
signal .
