Try this...
– Change the volume from your Bluetooth device.
– If your music device is wired into your speaker, you
cannot change the volume through the speaker.
Check the battery level.

Make sure your speaker is turned on.

Make sure your speaker is charged.
–
Adjust your speaker or Bluetooth device volume
–
level.
– Turn off your Bluetooth device's equalizer.
– Make sure your mobile phone has HFP.
– Verify that both devices are connected.
– Restart your speaker to auto-connect with your
Bluetooth device.
Press to resume music.
Make sure your Bluetooth device has AVRCP.
