MHC Medical Products o ers a True Lifetime Warranty to the original purchaser.
MHC Medical Products will repair or replace the meter if it is found to be
defective or fails to perform as designed. Proof of purchase may be required.

Limitations of Warranty
This warranty is subject to the following exceptions and limitations:
1. MHC Medical Products shall not be required to replace any units which
are damaged or malfunction due to abuse, accidents, alteration, neglect,
misuse or maintenance by someone other than MHC Medical Products.
2. MHC Medical Products reserves the right to make changes in design
without obligation to incorporate such changes into previously
manufactured instruments.
3. MHC Medical Products reserves the right to replace defective meters with
a new meters of a di erent model.
