CONTROLLING FLASH TIMES With Siros, you can control the flash time in two different ways: Controlling flash time using the "speed" setting in the main menu In the main menu you can set the flash time of the monolight to "speed".     7. RELEASE Siros monolights may be supplied either without a radio module, with a built-in RFS 2.1 receiver module, or with a PocketWizard receiver module. RFS 2.1 module (radio frequency system) For RFS 2.1 flash control, the channel (studio address) must correspond to the transmitter’s RFS 2.1 channel.

    App and WiFi settings For control of your Siros monolight, you can download the "bronControl" app. To find the app, search for "bronControl" in Apple’s App Store, or in Google’s Play Store. If your unit is equipped with WiFi, you have access to all settings using this app.

    10. FAQ 10.1 Changing flash tubes 1) Disconnect the mains cable from the unit. 2) Remove the safety glass by pulling it out of its retaining clips. 3) Press the contact spring downwards and pull the flash tube out carefully. 10.2 Changing the fuse 1) Open the fuse compartment beneath the unit.

    However should a fault occur please do not try to open the unit and repair it yourself. Even when the unit is switched off there may still be dangerous voltages inside it. Therefore, for maintenance and repairs always send the unit to your broncolor service point.

ABBLITZZEITEN STEUERN Siros gibt Ihnen die Möglichkeit, über zwei verschiedene Varianten die Abblitzzeit zu steuern: Abblitzzeit steuern über die Einstellung "speed" im Hauptmenü Im Hauptmenü haben Sie die Möglichkeit, die Abblitzzeit des Kompaktgeräts auf Speed zu stel- len. Hierbei wird für die gewählte Energie die schnellstmögliche Abblitzzeit berechnet. Der Blitz erfährt dabei eine leichte Verschiebung in den blauen Farbbereich.

FAQ 10.1 Blitzröhre wechseln 1) Ziehen Sie das Netzkabel aus dem Gerät. 2) Entfernen Sie das Schutzglas, indem Sie es aus den Haltefedern ziehen. 3) Drücken Sie die Kontaktfeder nach unten und ziehen Sie die Blitzröhre vorsichtig heraus. 10.2 Sicherung wechseln 1) Öffnen Sie die Sicherungsschublade unterhalb des Geräts.
  • Page 45 10.3 Lichtformer wechseln 1) Drehen Sie den Lichtformer in eine beliebige Richtung bis zum Anschlag. 2) Ziehen Sie die Entriegelung nach hinten und drehen Sie dabei den Lichtformer bis dieser aus dem Bajonett freigegeben wird. 3) Nehmen Sie den Lichtformer vorsichtig nach vorne weg. Achten Sie dabei darauf, das Schutz- glas nicht zu beschädigen.

    12. WARTUNG / REPARATUREN Ihr broncolor Kompaktgerät ist ein Präzisionsgerät, das bei entsprechender Sorgfalt viele Jahre lang störungsfrei arbeiten wird. Sollten dennoch Störungen auftreten, so versuchen Sie bitte nicht, das Gerät zu öffnen, um es selbst zu reparieren. Auch bei ausgeschaltetem Gerät kön- nen im Innern gefährliche Spannungen bestehen bleiben.

    7. DÉCLENCHEMENT Les flashes compacts Siros sont fournis soit sans module radio, avec module RFS 2.1 intégré ou avec un module PocketWizard intégré. Module RFS 2.1 (système de radiofréquence) La commande de l’éclair à l’aide du RFS 2.1 nécessite que le canal (adresse studio) corresponde au canal de l’émetteur RFS 2.1.
