Offset Blue: 'I57'
Function Sets the blue offset to on/off and specifies the offset value if it is on.

Sets the blue offset to On/Off.

'0' : OFF
Specifies the offset value if the Parameter 2 is On.
Offset value range: '–2048' to '2047'
