Cleaning (for service personnel)
When you clean the fi lters, open the front panel and remove the dust box.
Photocatalytic air-purifying and
deodorising fi lter (black)
When?
When you fi nd dust.
How?
• Use a vacuum cleaner to remove dust.
Attention
• Never wash the fi lter in water.
Removing the photocatalytic air-purifying and
deodorising fi lter
1.
Remove the right-side air fi lter.
2.
Lift the grip and remove the fi lter from
the tabs.

Attaching the photocatalytic air-purifying and
deodorising fi lter
Return the photocatalytic air-purifying
and deodorising fi lter to its position.
• Hang the photocatalytic air-purifying and deodorising fi lter on
the tabs of the air conditioner.
CLEANING FILTER operation will not be performed
properly if the photocatalytic air-purifying and deodorising
fi lter is not attached correctly.
After cleaning, start the CLEANING FILTER operation to
check that the air fi lter operates correctly.

• Dispose of old fi lters as non-fl ammable waste.
• To order a photocatalytic air-purifying and deodorising fi lter,
contact the service shop where you bought the air conditioner.

How?
• Use a vacuum cleaner to remove dust.
• If you cannot remove dust completely, soak the fi lter (with the
frame) in lukewarm water or cold water for about 10 to
15 minutes and wash it.

Attention
• Do not rub the fi lter.
• After soaking the air supply fi lter, drain it and dry it well in
the shade.
Removing the air supply fi lter
1.
Remove the left-side air fi lter.
2.
Raise the fi lter holding frame (yellow),
hold the grip and pull it to the front.

Return the air supply fi lter to its
position.
• Direct on the fi lter upward and insert the air supply fi lter until
it clicks.
After cleaning, start the CLEANING FILTER operation to
check that the air fi lter operates correctly.
