Car Radio Mute (CRM)
The car radio mute (CRM) mutes the car's radio when a
call is started (the handset lifted and SEND pressed) or
when the phone rings to indicate an incoming call. When
the call ends or the alerting ends, the car radio is unmuted
and regains its original volume level. The CRM is non-user
selectable. It is always enabled when the CRM line is
connected.

CAR INSTALLATION KIT OPTIONS

Booster Upgrade Kit (BUK-1)
The optional booster kit upgrades the handportable to the
level of a full powered mobile.
Data Adapter (FDP-1)
The FDP-1 is a simple, manually activated data adapter
that allows you to connect the phone to a data device
such as a fax machine or a computer, and to send and
receive data.

NOKIA PCMCIA DATA/FAX MODEM
AND CRADLE (0082074)
A direct connection interface for sending and receiving
high-speed information via notebook computers and
Nokia 121 and PT128 cellular portables.
HOLDER WITH SPIRAL CABLE (MCH-3)
The holder (MCH-3) consists of a mount connector which
connects the spiral cable to the bottom of the phone, and
a cradle which holds the mount connector firmly in place.
Place the phone in the holder and your phone turns into a
car phone that can be used just like an additional hand-
set. When using the holder and phone as a handset dur-
ing a call if you wish to go into handsfree mode press
MENU before returning holder to base. This prevents the
call from being disconnected. Press the release button on
the front of the holder and your phone turns back into a
handportable phone.
