Trouble Shooting

This chapter lists a number of problems you might encounter while using
your phone. Some problems require you to call your service provider, but
most are easy to correct yourself.

There is no SIM card
in the phone, or you
may have inserted it
incorrectly.
Signal weak or outside
network coverage.
When you want to
change a security
code, you must
confirm the new code,
by entering it again.

Dialling error,
New SIM card inserted,

Possible Corrective measures
Make sure that the SIM card is
correctly inserted.
Move to a higher location, a
window or open space. Check
the service provider coverage
map.
