Press UP or DOWN button to move and press ENTER button to select.

4.1.3 Screen Format
The screen format menu is shown in Figure(22)
Press UP or DOWN button to move and press ENTER button to select.
You can select either 4:3 or 16:9. 4:3 should be used for standard
square shaped television screens, and 16:9 should be used for wide
screen rectangular shaped television screens.
