SIM Card

Insert/remove SIM card

To insert or remove the SIM card, follow these steps:
Insert
1. Power the phone off.
2. Remove the back cover using the notch located at the bottom of the phone.
3. Lift the battery out.
4. Slide the micro SIM card into the slot with the gold contacts facing down and the notched side
inserted first.
5. Align the gold contacts on the battery with the gold contacts in the battery compartment, and
press the battery down until it clicks into place.
6. Replace the back cover by pressing it onto the phone until it clicks into place.
Remove
1. Power the phone off.
2. Remove the back cover using the notch located at the bottom of the phone.
3. Lift the battery out.
4. Slide the SIM card out of the slot.

SIM Storage

Delete SIM messages

To delete SIM messages, follow these steps:
1. From any Home screen, tap Messaging.
2. Tap the Menu key.
3. Tap SIM box.
4. Tap Delete.
5. Choose one of the following options:
o
Tap Select all to select all SIM card messages
o
Select individual messages
6. Tap Delete.
7. Tap Yes to confirm.
