1. From any Home screen, tap the Menu key.
2. Tap System settings.
3. Under 'WIRELESS & NETWORKS,' tap the Bluetooth switch to turn on or turn off.

Emergency Alerts

Turn on/off Emergency Alerts

To turn on or turn off Emergency Alert messages that push to the device, follow these steps:
1. From any Home screen, tap Messaging.
2. Tap the Menu key.
3. Tap Settings.
4. Scroll down to and tap Emergency alerts.
5. Select or clear check boxes for the following options:
o
Imminent extreme alerts
o
Imminent severe alerts
o
AMBER alerts
Note: Presidential alerts cannot be turned off.

GPS

Turn on/off GPS

To turn on or turn off GPS, follow these steps:
1. From any Home screen, tap the Menu key.
2. Tap System settings.
3. Scroll down to 'PERSONAL,' and then tap Location access.
4. Choose one of the following options:

Turn on
1. Tap the Access to my location switch to turn on.
2. Tap Agree.
o
Turn off

Tap the Access to my location switch to turn off.
