2. Connect your device to your PC.
Once the device is connected, the SIRIUS Device Recovery application will automatically begin
and your device screen should immediately change to read: "Recovering. Please wait..."
DO NOT TO UNPLUG OR DISC ONNECT YOUR DEVICE DURING THIS PRO CESS;
DOING S O WILL LEAVE YOUR DEVICE PERMANENTLY INOPERABLE.
3. The device and PC screens will change during the Device recovery process and will display a
variety of update progress messages. After several minutes, your device screen should change
to the white Sirius dog, then display "Starting Recovery"
"Verifying software" > "Installing Software". At the end of the software installation, your
device will automatically restart and follow the standard startup process.
4. When the Device Recovery has successfully completed, your device will be showing the
Home menu with Satellite Radio highlighted, and the Device Recovery application will show:
"Receiving Software"
