Battery Warnings

This product is powered by built-in lithium polymer batteries that you can recharge using the power
supply unit in the product box. If the following guidelines are not followed, the batteries may
experience a shortened life span or may present a risk of damage to the HIOD One, cause a fire, a
chemical burn, electrolyte leak, and/or injury.
• The batteries are non-user-replaceable batteries. Do not remove or attempt to remove the
batteries.
• Never use a damaged charger or battery.
• Disconnect chargers from power sources when not in use.
• Avoid charging the batteries for more than a week as overcharging may shorten battery life.
• Do not leave HIOD One exposed to a heat source or in high-temperature locations, such as in
direct sunlight, for an extended period of time.
• Do not puncture or incinerate HIOD One or its batteries.
• When storing the devices for an extended time, store within the following temperature range:
-20 to +45 °C (-4 to +113 °F).
• Do not operate the devices outside of the following temperature range:
-20 to +55 °C (-4 to +131 °F).
• When charging the devices keep them within following temperature range:
0 to +45 °C (+32 to +113 °F)
Contact your local waste disposal department to dispose the device/battery in accordance with
applicable local laws and regulations.
