Select the Share this folder checkbox and click
the Permissions button.
The Permissions for scannerdata dialog box
appears.
In Windows XP, select Share this folder and click
the Permissions button.

Click the Add button.

Enter the user name in the text box and click the
OK button.
Click the location button and select the location. To
select the area to be searched, select a location. If
you are in a domain, your domain is selected by
default as the area to be searched.
