BLADE AND BELT
Blade removal/replacement
1.
Remove the blade retaining nut with a 15/16"
socket and an impact wrench. See Figure 7.1.

NOTE: Production units may have a hex milled
into the spindle shaft to allow use of an allen
wrench to hold the shaft while removing the
blade.
2.
Install the blade by following the above step in
reverse order.
Belt removal/replacement
1.
Remove the blade as described above.
2.
Remove the three screws holding the blade
guard in place using a T-40 Torx driver.
See Figure 7.2.
Remove these three screws
NOTE: The spindle hub will Come off with the
blade guard.
3.
Remove the spindle pulley cover by removing
the three screws using a 3/8" wrench.
