Pak teprve matici řádně dotáhneme a pravou i levou
koncovku kyvných ramének stáhneme šroubem. Ještě
jednou překontrolujeme pérování, upevníme bowden a
seřídíme brzdu tak, aby se kolo volně otáčelo.
2. VYJMUTÍ ZADNíHO KOLA.
Uvolníme bowden zadní brzdy, odšroubujeme matici
hřídele, sejmeme pérovou podložku, uvolníme hřídel
kola, který vytáhneme na pravou stranu. Na levé straně
vyjmeme záchyt reakce brzdy. Vysuneme kolo z čepů
unášeče a po nachýlení „Mopedu" kolo vyjmeme.
Při montáži po zasunutí hřídele navlékneme pérovou
podložku (neopomenout!), našroubujeme matici a řádně
ji utáhneme. Upevníme bowden brzdy a seřídíme brzdu
tak, aby se kolo volně otáčelo.
3. SEJMUTY KRYTU ŘETĚZU A ŘETĚZU.
Pro usnadnění demontáže krytu řetězu vyjmeme zadní
kolo a sejmeme pravé víko motoru. Rozpojíme poloviny
krytu, vyšroubujeme tři šrouby (# 10) z pravé strany
horní poloviny krytu, kryt rozevřeme a směrem dozadu
vyjmeme. Natočíme spojovací článek řetězu na zadní
řetězové kolo, kleštěmi nebo šroubovákem uvolníme
pojistku, vyjmeme spojovací článek a řetěz vytáhneme.
Při montáži řetězu postupujeme následovně: Rozpojený
řetěz navlékneme na sekundární řetězové kolo na
motoru a na konec řetězu připevníme drát. Pomocí drátu
protáhneme řetěz na zadní řetězové kolo. Oba konce
řetězu spojíme spojovacím článkem a pojistkou.
Pojistka musí směřovat výřezem proti směru pohybu
řetězu. Zasuneme kryty, zašroubujeme tři šrouby (# 10)
a kryty stáhneme zadním šroubem a maticí.
Při výměně řetězu nemusíme zcela demontovat kryt
řetězu. Stačí, když vyšroubujeme prvý a druhý šroub (#
10) (rozumíme tím, že značíme vždy od předu
motokola), šroub a matici, která nám stahuje oba kryty k
sobě a dolní polovinu krytu vyjmeme směrem dolů.
Nový řetěz připojíme na starý a jeho pomocí
protáhneme nový řetěz do funkční polohy. Montáž
krytu provádíme opačným směrem.
4. DEMONTÁŽ HLAVY A VÁLCE.
a) Odpojíme kabel svíčky, tlumič výfuku a lanko
dekompresoru.
b) Vyšroubujeme 4 matice (# 10) hlavy válce.
c) Sejmeme hlavu válce.
d) Posuneme píst do „dolní" úvrati a vysuneme válec s
těsněním.
e) Otvor v klikové skříni zakryjeme čistým hadrem, aby
nám nevnikla nečistota do klikové skříně.

Then just tighten the nut and the right and left pinch-
bolts of the swinging arms. Once again, recheck
suspension. Re-attach and adjust the brake cable so
that the wheel rotates freely.
2. REMOVING THE REAR WHEEL.
Disconnect the rear brake cable, unscrew the shaft nut,
remove the spring washer, withdraw the shaft from the
right side. On the left side remove the brake reaction
anchor. Slide out the wheel studs from the sprocket and
inclining the moped to one side, remove the wheel.
When refitting, insert the shaft, fit spring washer, screw
on nut and tighten it properly. Refit the brake and brake
cable. Adjust so that the wheel is turning freely.
3. REMOVING THE CHAIN COVER AND CHAIN.
To facilitate the dismantling of the chain cover, remove
the rear wheel and remove the right engine cover.
Remove the screw joining the chain case halves at the
rear, unscrew the three screws (# 10) from the right
upper cover, separate the cover halves and remove.
Position the chain joining link on the rear sprocket, use
pliers or screwdriver to remove the clip, remove the link
and pull chain off. When re-fitting the chain proceed as
follows: Slip the chain onto the top of secondary
sprocket on the engine and draw the chain round and
back to the rear sprocket. With both ends of the chain
on the rear sprocket connect with the split link and lock
with clip. Clip open end should be facing opposite way
to the direction of motion of the chain. Slide on the
cover, screw in three screws (# 10) and the rear cover
joining screw and nut.
When replacing the chain do not completely remove the
chain cover. Simply unscrew the first and second
screws (# 10) (we mean by that is always denoted by
the front of motorbikes), and the rear joining screw and
nut, and remove the bottom half of the cover
downwards. Connect the new chain to the end of the old
and use the old chain to pull the new one into position.
Installation of the cover is performed in the opposite to
removal.
4. REMOVING THE HEAD AND CYLINDER
a) Disconnect the spark plug wire and decompressor
cable.
b) Release and remove the 4 nuts (# 10) of head.
c) Remove the cylinder head.
d) Move the piston to the "lower" dead centre and slide
out the cylinder with seal.
e) Stuff the hole in the crankcase with clean cloth, so
that dirt can not penetrate into the crankcase.
