Replace 4 hexagon bolts DIN 933 M8x20 (Pos. 2 in chapter 13.2.2) with 4 hexagon bolts
DIN 933 M8x16 and fix the lifter module to chassis again together with washers. The upper
edges of the screws must be level with the base plate.
•
Detach the old splash protection of the power module by loosening the two nuts.
•
Adhere the newly to be mounted spacers on the new splash protection for the power
module on the centre of the lower side (the side with the two holes).
•
Insert the cable clip to be fitted into both holes (see above).
•
Fix the new spray protection with two nuts. The end of the bolts must be flush with the nut
heads.
•
Insert the cable which leads to the lifter column into the cable clip.
•
Release the four adapter box screws (Pos. 6 in chapter 13.2.2).
•
Loosen the two inner screws in the adapter box and detach it.
•
Detach the cable (grey) from pin 11 and the cable (black) from pin 12 (both leading into the
lifter column) from the socket by means of a special tool.
•
Remove cables and box.
•
Attach the new adapter box to the lifter column.
•
Lay cables in a way so that they cannot get pinched or rub against other parts, and fix anew
with cable binders.
13.3.2 Final inspection
•
Activate the lift mast three times.
•
Check that cables cannot get pinched or rub against other parts.
Note:
The cable must be located below the external lifter pillar section. They must not be
located between the lifter pillar section and the metal plate!
•
Should this not be the case, the cables must be re-fixed.
