[2] LUBRICATION Apply 7g in total of Makita grease N. No.1 to the portions designated with gray arrows and a little amount of that to the portions designated with the white arrows to protect parts and product from unusual abrasion. - Page 3 Refer to Figs. 4 (4326, 4326M, 4327, 4327M, M438) and 4a (4328, 4329, M439). 1) Remove Slider section from Collar sleeve. 2) Remove Collar sleeve from Gear complete. As for 4326, 4326M, 4327, 4327M and M438, Bearing case complete, Thrust plate and Gear complete can be removed in this step.
- Page 4 1) Assemble Armature ass'y to Bearing case complete. 2) As for 4326, 4326M, 4327, 4327M and M438, mount Thrust plate on Bearing case complete. (Fig. 4) As for 4328, 4329 and M439, after inserting Thrust plate to Dust seal, mount them on Bearing case complete. (Fig. 4a) 3) Connect Armature shaft gear and the pin of Bearing case complete to Gear complete through the holes of Balance plate.
