For example, if you gave your customer "www.a-domain.com" the IP address 172.16.1.11 then enter this as
the VIP address. The port number is usually 80 for http services. The protocol may be TCP or UDP, but in the
vast majority of cases TCP will be the one used.
Once you are satisfied with the choice of VIP, port and protocol click "Add This Virtual Service" to bring up the
virtual service properties. In this example, we are not concerned with most of these values and will create a
virtual service with no persistence, no content switching and Round Robin as the scheduling method, which
are the default settings so nothing needs to be altered.
