are available even when certain Call Barring settings are

Offline mode ( P.3-4) is active.
Call Cost limit exceeded ( P.2-13).
708SC is locked ( P.13-5).
Required PIN not entered ( P.13-3).
USIM Card cannot be authenticated
( P.13-4).
Outgoing Call Barring ( P.16-11) is
active.
