Troubleshooting

The most frequent user issues are outlined below.
I cannot communicate with other devices.
Check that all devices are tuned to the same frequency table.
Check that one device is identified as number 01.
My device cannot enter the conference.
Make sure all devices have been encrypted to enter the
conference.
Avoid assigning the same identifying number to several devices.
My device does not start.
Check that the battery is charged and has been inserted correctly.
I can hear other sounds/interference.
Another conference system may be in use close to yours. Change your
conference's frequency table to avoid such disturbances.
Make sure there is no contact between the antenna and the wire of the
headset.
I hear crackling noises.
The microphone on one of the other devices is probably damaged.
Conduct one-to-one device tests to identify the problem microphone and then
replace this.
Condor's buttons are not working properly.
Ensure that your finger is pressing and holding the symbol in the
very centre of the button in question.
Avoid pressing more than one button simultaneously.
