Using Condor

Using Listener Mode

A Condor device can be used in 'listener only' mode. In this mode, it can only
receive sound from other devices in the conference. It does not enable its
user to speak to the rest of the group.

MPORTANT
A listener can only join a conference if they have completed the encryption
process. Listener mode can only be initiated if at least 2 other devices
(number 01 and one other) are already in the conference.
Procedure
1.
Press
for 2 seconds to access the

until 'system listener' role is proposed
3.
Press
OK
to confirm.

OTE
To exit Listener Mode: in the Role setting menu press
release for 1 second, press
briefly once again.

Validating or Invalidating Other Listening Devices

All device users (both listeners and speakers) can select which conference
devices they want to hear. The devices being 'heard' are indicated by a small
dash over their number, situated at the top of Condor's main screen display.
By default, listening is validated on every device.
