IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

Read all instructions before operating the humidifier. Keep these
(1)
instructions.
1. This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including
children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental
capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless
they have been given supervision or instruction concerning
use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play
(14)
with the appliance.
2. Keep out of the reach of children.
3. Do not operate the humidifier outdoors; do not place in
direct sunlight, high-temperature areas or near computers or
sensitive electronic equipment.
4. Place the humidifier on a level, firm, non-metallic and
waterproof surface. Make sure it is in a stable position, so that
it cannot fall over or fall down. Water can damage furniture
and floors.
5. Unravel the cord before use. Failure to do so could cause
overheating and possible fire hazard.
6. Do not use product if cord has been damaged. Keep cord
away from heated surfaces and out of the way, where it can
not be stepped on or tripped over.
7. Do not use an extension cord or a solid-state speed-control
device. Doing so could cause overheating, fire hazard or
electric shock.
(5)
8. This product has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the
other) as a safety feature. This plug will fit into a polarized
outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully into the
outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a
qualified electrician. Do not attempt to defeat this
(7)
safety feature.
9. Always disconnect cord at wall plug before moving the unit,

filling, touching, cleaning or when not in use. Do not pull on
the cord when disconnecting it. Plug and unplug unit with
(9)
dry hands.

can cause health hazards to people.
(10)
11. Do not touch the Ultrasonic Nebulizer (10) when the
humidifier is operating. Doing so could cause burns.
12. Do not direct the Mist Nozzle (1) directly at people, walls or
any objects.
13. Do not remove the filled Water Tank (3) when the humidifier
(12)
is in operation. Do not operate the humidifier without water
or when the Tank (3) is empty. Doing so could damage the
humidifier. Do not overfill.
14. Do not operate the humidifier without the Demineralization
ENGLISH
Cartridge (6) and do not use an exhausted cartridge. In hard
water areas, there might be an output of minerals, noticeable
as "white dust".
15. Do not immerse the humidifier in water or other liquids and
do not pour water or other liquids over the humidifier or into
the Mist Outlet (14) or Air Outlet (8).
16. Ventilate the room regularly. When a humidifier is used in
closed or small rooms, excessive humidity can condense on
furniture, walls and floors.
17. Clean the humidifier regularly and follow the "Cleaning
Instructions".
18. If the cord is damaged, the replacement must be conducted
by the manufacturer, service agent or authorized person to
avoid any risk of electrical shock.
19. Do not operate the humidifier if it is damaged, faulty or is not
working properly. Disconnect it from the electricity supply.
