The electric motor has been designed for 230V and 240V only. Always check that the power supply corresponds to the voltage on the rating plate. Note: The supply of 230V and 240V on Ozito tools are interchangeable for Australia and New Zealand. -

Keep your feet apart so that you have a stable position, bend at the knees and keep your back straight. Ensure you wear safety gloves, safety glasses and earmuffs when the shredder is in use. 1. Connect the power cord (6) to an appropriate extension cord and plug the extension cord into the mains power point (Fig. - Page 11 RSH-100 Manual.qxd 1/11/11 1:01 PM Page 11 OPERATION (cont.) Safety Interlock The shredder is fitted with a safety switch on the closure between the shredder housing and motor housing (Fig. 13). This acts as a safety mechanism to prevent the shredder from operating if it is not closed correctly.
