INSTALL YOUR PHONE

2.1

Connect the Base Station

1) Plug the power supply
2) Plug the power supply & line cord into the wall socket.
3) The base indicator lights up. The answering machine is switched on.
4) Always use the cables provided in the box.
2.2

Install and Charge the Batteries

1) Slide out the battery compartment cover.
2) Place the supplied battery pack as indicated. Locate the battery lead and connector and plug it into the
socket inside the battery compartment (the red wire should be on the left). Tuck the battery leads in the
space above the battery.
3) Slide the battery compartment cover back.
4) Put the handset on the base and charge the battery for 14 hours first time. A beep indicates that the
handset is properly placed on the base or charger.
Use only the NiMH battery pack provided.
