Combine all Ingredients In the crock. Stir well. Cover and
cook on: Low -10 hours; OR High - 5 hours. Makes 2 or 4
quarts.

Place the meat In the crock and fit the vegetables around It.
Cover and cook on: Low - 8 hours; OR High - 4 hours.
Makes 6 or 12 servings.
