[1] Support Information Display

1.
Click to display the [Contact] screen.
The software version and support information is
displayed on the screen.

[2] Alarm Reset

1.
Place the cursor on the floor, tenant, area, or air
conditioner in the tree format and right-click.
The [Operation menu] appears.
2.
Click Alarm Reset in the [Operation menu].
The error clear signal is sent to the air conditioner(s)
selected and the error signal will be cleared.

[3] Filter Sign Reset

Place the cursor on the floor, tenant, area, or air
conditioner in the tree format and right-click.
The [Operation menu] appears.
2.
Click Filter Sign Reset in the [Operation menu].
The filter sign clear signal is sent to the air
conditioner(s) selected and the filter sign will be
cleared.
