[detect 1.1 V Reset]
After detecting 1.1 V ON/OFF,
Transit ResetG "L", then instantly
to ResetG "H".

SCON_XRESET
After detecting 3.3 V(E) ON/OFF,
hold 200ms SCON_XRESET "L"
and turn to SCON_XRESET "H".
By main reset release "H", Subcon
conducts operation.
