    The player’s lens should not become dirty in normal use, but if for some reason it should malfunction due to dust or dirt, consult your nearest Pioneer authorized service center. Although lens cleaners for players are commercially available, we advise against using them since some may damage the lens.

     Specially shaped discs Specially shaped discs (heart-shaped, hexagonal, etc.) cannot be used on this player. Never use such discs, as they will damage the player.  Condensation on discs If the disc is moved suddenly from a cold place into a warm room (in winter, for example), water droplets (condensation) may form on the disc surface.

    Switching the output video resolution Use the procedure below to switch the output video resolution from the various video output terminals. Caution • On some devices (TV, AV receiver or amplifier, etc.), the video or audio may not be output properly when the resolution is switched.
