Commissioning
B Check the load at the RC35 programming unit or via
the service key.
Gas train boiler size 90/120 kW
B Wait until the minimum modulation range for the
corresponding boiler size (90 kW or 120 kW) has been
reached.
B Check the CO
content.

Insert the test probe through the test port into the core
flow inside the flue.
B At CO values below 9.0 % or in excess of 9.6 %,

adjust partial load adjusting screw [1] to 9.3 %.
– Turning clockwise increases the CO
– Turning anti-clockwise reduces the CO
