Connecting the heating return

B Remove mating flange [3] from return RK.
B Fit mating flange to the return pipe (on site)
( Tab. 13, page 21).
B Insert gasket [8] between the boiler flange and the
mating flange.
B Secure the flange connection with four screws [1] and
nuts [7] (each with washer).

Installing a DHW cylinder

You can also connect a DHW cylinder to the VK and RK
connections. The external cylinder primary pump can be
controlled by the control unit.

5.5.4 Fitting safety valve and automatic air vent
valve or safety assembly (provided by
customer)
NOTICE: System damage through incorrect
installation!
B Fit the safety valve and automatic air vent
valve or safety assembly to the safety
connection on the flow.
B Fit the blow-off line on site to the safety valve.
The following automatic air vent valves can be used with
the safety valve:
• Quick-acting air vent valve with shut-off valve
• Taco-Hy-Vent float air vent

Installing the condensate drain

DANGER: Risk to life from flue gas!
Siphons that are not filled with water can
pose a risk to life through escaping flue gas.
B Fill the siphon with water.
B Ensure that the siphon and the flue
connections are sealed correctly.
B Ensure that the sealing washer with
gasket is seated in the locking cap.
B Remove the siphon [5].
B Undo locking cap [4] and fill siphon with approx. 2 litres
of water.
