The boiler is in an ERROR state when there is an error code flashing on the back lit display.
CH = C C entral Heating DHW = Domestic Hot Water
Press and release the RESET b b utton, the control tries to initiate a restart if possible
REASON ACTION
CH Water temperature •Check no air is in heat exchanger/CH system
greater than 105°C •Check plate heat exchanger for blockages
•Check CH thermistor
•Check system bypass is functional
No flame signal on ignition •Check detection electrode/lead – electrode may require cleaning
•Check spark gap
•Check gas supply & pressure
•Check flue system is connected properly
•Check condensate trap not blocked
•Check gas valve and/or lead
Loss of flame signal •Check detection electrode/lead
during operation •Check gas valve mains lead
Water temperature •Check overheat thermostat
greater than 95°C •Check no air is in heat exchanger/CH system
•CH system and hot water plate heat exchanger blockage
•Check CH thermistor
•Check system bypass is functional
