Troubleshooting Flowcharts
Use the flowcharts on the following pages to help you localize and correct electrical and electronic
problems.

Troubleshooting Flowchart: No Display

There is no
Console display.
No
Is DS3 lit?
Yes
Check that
voltages between
TP7 (GND) and
pin 1 of P1 and
TP7 and pin 8 of
P1 on VSD Board
are 18VDC.
Is the
No
Replace the VSD
voltage
Board
good?
Yes
Remove Console,
and disconnect J4
harness on
Console
Processor PCB.
Check that the
voltage between
pins 1 (black) and
2 (brown) and pins
2 and 8 (purple) of
the wire harness
reads 18VDC.
Is the
No
Replace the Main
voltage
Cable.
good?
Yes
Replace the
Processor PCB.
End
Check fuses F1,
F3, and F4 on
Configuration
Plate Assembly.
Are the fuses
good?
Remove P14 on
the VSD Board.
Check that the
voltage between
the red and black
wires reads
End
14VAC.
Is the
voltage
good?
Replace the VSD
Board.
