23-7 Injectors and Delivery Pipes
9 Rock a unit injector loose using 9990006 Puller
and 9990013 Slide hammer.
Check that the seal washer (steel washer) comes
out with the injector. If it is still in the copper
sleeve, remove it using 885822 Magnetic pen.
IMPORTANT!
The seal washer must always be replaced when
installing an injector.
10 Put the injector in 9998249 Protective sleeve.
11 Insert 9998251 Protection plug in the cylinder
head.
Clean the copper sleeves thoroughly with the aid
of 9998599 Cleaning kit.
