If the Holip HLP-A100 drive counts speed but does not run the motor, possible issues include:
1. The screen may be frozen — check if the screen cable is used and connected correctly. 2. If the screen operates normally, verify the connection between the motor and the frequency converter. 3. Try operating the drive in hand mode. 4. Check if the motor brake function is active or if the input fuse has melted. 5. Ensure the control card is not overloaded and that 24V is not shorted.
If no fault message is displayed and the above checks do not resolve the issue, contact Holip.
