Connecting Your Smart Device to Your Computer
Important
If you're upgrading from another Palm Powered device, follow the upgrade steps on
page 229 before you set up your computer for your new Treo 650 smart device.
1.
Plug the AC charger into a wall outlet.
2. Plug the USB sync cable into an available USB port or a powered USB hub on
your computer.
3. Connect the sync cable to the Multi-connector on the bottom of your Treo
with the HotSync

4. Connect the charger cable to the Multi-connector on the sync cable.
