INSTALLATION GUIDE
PLEASE READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE ATTEMPTING INSTALLATION

PROVIDE ALL INSTALLATION SERVICES.

INSTALLATION OR SERVICING.
THIS PRODUCT MUST BE INSTALLED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE NATIONAL ELECTRIC CODE (NEC)
AND ALL APPLICABLE FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL ELECTRIC CODES AND SAFETY STANDARDS.
USE CAUTION WHEN HANDLING THIS PRODUCT DURING OR AFTER OPERATION AS IT MAY BECOME
HOT AND CAUSE BURNS. DISCONNECT PRODUCT AND ALLOW COOLING PRIOR TO SERVICING.
ANY ALTERATION OR MODIFICATION OF THIS PRODUCT IS EXPRESSLY FORBIDDEN AS IT MAY CAUSE
SERIOUS PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, PROPERTY DAMAGE AND/OR PRODUCT MALFUNCTION.

!
WARNING
PermaLED Area Light luminaires are environmentally
preferable, LED alternatives to traditional high-intensity
discharge luminaires with up to 450W HID leading to
energy savings of up to 75% compared to HID.
The luminaires are available with 2 integrated control
options of either a standard photosensor or a dual-
technology motion and photocontrol sensor and provides
up to 10kV surge protection for effective suppression of
most transient AC line surges. Luminaires are ETL listed
in the United States and Canada, assembled in the USA
and backed by a 5 year warranty.

- Page 2 UNPACKING Thoroughly inspect the fixture for freight damage. Freight damage should be reported to the delivery carrier. Compare the catalog/model number description on the packing slip with the fixture label to assure that you have received the correct product. INSTALLATION 1.
