POSSIBLE CAUSE AND SOLUTION
The washer will not start with the
washer lid open. If the lid is opened
during the wash cycle, it may
continue to run. However, when it
reaches a stage that requires the
lid to be closed, the error will occur.
Closing the lid should dismiss
the error and resume normal
operation.
Check to make sure the drain hose
is properly installed. The open end
of the drain hose should not be
submerged in water.
Open the washer lid, redistribute
the load, close the lid, and the
washer will resume operation.
Check to make sure that the
water hoses are connected to the
washer, there are no kinks in the
hoses, and that the supply valves
are fully opened.
