    Before you begin: Verify that the following items came with your DSL kit: SpeedStream ® Documentation Power supply USB/Ethernet Software CD-ROM DSL Modem RJ-45 Straight-through USB cable RJ-11 DSL cable RJ-45 Crossover Ethernet cable (Xover) Ethernet cable If you are installing the modem to use your USB port, you will need to provide your CD-ROM drive letter during software installation.

Filters can be in the form of a stand-alone line filter or a wall mount filter.
