Set Video output and Color System
When using different kind of video cables between the IP-STB and the TV set it's necessary to
change the video output signal (i.e RGB, composite, S-Video, component). It is also necessary
to set correct color system (PAL and NTSC).
These steps provide you through the setting process:
1. During the first or second stage of the boot process press the MENU button on the remote
control or the keyboard.
2. When the IP-STB enters the configuration mode the LED on the front of the IP-STB will
start flashing slowly.
3. If the settings and connections are correct a configuration settings dialog similar to the
one presented below (depending on the configuration of your Kreatel IP-STB) will appear:
In case of incorrect original video output settings, it is still possible to control the Set-top
box and change the output to be compatible with your TV set. If the dialog is not present,
feedback that the remote commands are received will be indicated by the LED. The LED
will flicker quickly in red and green upon received commands.
4. Video output Use Up and Down main cursor buttons to activate or deactivate different
outputs. (Remote control is displayed in the picture 1.3.) The changes will take effect
immediately.
