    2-Phase Expression ® technology and is capable of single and double pumping. The Freestyle operating life is defi ned to be approximately three 15 minute sessions per day, for one year. PLEASE SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS.

    • Do not use the Freestyle breastpump while bathing or showering. • Close supervision is necessary when the Freestyle breastpump is used in the vicinity of children. The warning symbol identifi es all instructions that are important to safety. Failure to observe these instructions can lead to injury or damage to the breastpump.

    8. Breastfeeding Information Common pumping questions & answers How often should you pump? A breastpump is a replacement for when you are separated from your baby. It is important to pump when the baby would normally be breastfeeding. For example, a working mother may pump 2-3 times during an 8 hour working day.

    • Charge battery uninterrupted for 24 hours. Warning • Follow the exact order of the steps. • Only use the power adaptor supplied with the Freestyle ® breastpump. • Make sure the voltage of the power adaptor is compatible with the power source.
