4.13 Copy Fax to CD
Copy Fax to CD allows for automatic copy of faxes to the CD If the Fax
Server PRI does not have a CD recorder this property will not appear.
Copy Fax to CD:
NEXT
Set Copy Fax to CD.
•
Press CHANGE to select All, Rx Only, Tx Only or Off.
• Press NEXT to move on to the next menu item.
4.14 CD Copy Time
CD Copy Time determines the time of day for the Fax Server PRI to copy
faxes to CD. If the Fax Server PRI does not have a CD recorder or if Copy
Fax to CD is turned Off this property will appear.
CD Copy Time:
NEXT
Set Cd Copy Time.
• Press CHANGE to select the CD Copy Time.
• Press NEXT to move on to the next menu item.
4.15 Protect the Fax Server PRI with a Password
The Fax Server can be protected with a password against unauthorized use.
When password protection has been enabled all operations are blocked
before the correct password has been entered.
Password active:
NEXT

• Press CHANGE to enter a password.
