• Tooth surface of the Gear (F) [32]
• Polished portion of the Plunger (F) [12]
• Pinion section of the Armature Ass'y [37]
• Inner periphery of the Metal (B) [10]
• Outer periphery of the Connector Pin (F) [13]
• Swing Roller [14], Plunger (F) [12], and Gear (F) [32] inside the Gear Cover (F) [4]
• Slotted Hd. Screw (Seal Lock) M4 X 10 [36] ------------------------------------ 1.8±0.4 N•m (18±4 kgf•cm)

1. Internal wire precautions
Do not peel an excessive length of covering from each lead wire joint. Also be careful to avoid getting the
lead wires caught in the joint between the handles.
2. Insulation tests
After disassembly or repair, measure the insulation resistance and conduct a dielectric strength test
(voltage breakdown test).

3. No-load current value
The no-load current value derived from 30-minute continuous operation at 50/60 Hz must be as indicated
below.
• 110 V --- 4.4 A max.
• 120 V --- 4.1 A max.
• 220 V --- 2.2 A max.
• 230 V --- 2.2 A max.
• 240 V --- 2.1 A max.
Application of lubricant
-- Fill a lubricator with 45 g of lubricant to lubricate these parts.

2500 V for 1 minute --- 110 to 120 V
4000 V for 1 minute --- 220 to 240 V
