PA and POC exclude any obligation on their part for incidental or consequential damages related to the failure of products each distributes to function
properly under the condihons set forth above.
IN THE U.S.A. - PA LIMITS ITS OBLIGATIONS UNDER ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED
WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE TO A PERIOD NOT TO EXCEED THE WARRANTY
