1. A dealer is supposed to make the service work on a projector at the customer site as SXRD
accreditation programme includes service training. If the involvement of Sony service personnel or
service training to Non SXRD PJ accredit dealer is required, please contact the nearest Sony office.
The customized service programme could be separately arranged on a charged basis.
2. For outside EU region, the customized service programme can be prepared on a charged basis.
Please contact the nearest Sony office for further discussion.
